A significant amount of resources go into producing every test kit and ensuring we have the required laboratory resources to analyze ever blood sample that is sent. For this reason, we offer the following refund policy:
Our policy lasts thirty (30) days. If thirty (30) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. If you have made your purchase within 30 days or less:
- If your order has not shipped, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your Age-Rate.com order
- If your order has shipped, you are eligible for a full refund after subtracting your shipping and handling charges. Please include your Kit ID information when you contact us.
If items in your test kit were defective or damaged you can contact us and we will send a replacement kit.
In the event that you have had two sample failures, we will issue a full refund after subtracting your shipping and handling charges.
