Order Processing Time AgeRate orders typically ship within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Please note that processing times may vary based on order volume and other factors.

Shipping Times

• Domestic Shipping (Canada and United States): Orders are generally received within 4-7 business days.

• International Shipping: Shipping times for international orders vary due to specific customs procedures. Most international orders with Standard shipping are received within 4 weeks. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date as shipping and processing times may vary.

Availability The AgeRate test is only available in Canada and the United States, with the exception of the State of New York due to regulatory requirements.

Return Shipping The cost of return shipping of the sample to the laboratory is included in the cost of the lab analysis. Instructions for return shipping will be provided with your test kit.

Delayed or Missing Orders If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 2 business days before contacting Customer Support. In the meantime, we recommend checking with anyone who may have accepted your delivery, such as other household members, neighbors, or someone who accepts mail for your building.
